Depending on what it is I will eat it the next day.  The only thing I eat if it's more than a day old is chili, soup and possibly lasagna.

Tim is usually in charge of eating the leftovers.

The only thing that I like as a leftover is pasta. Any kind of pasta. Mac & cheese, spaghetti, the chicken bruchetta pasta, etc.  Once chicken/meat is put in the fridge, I'm kinda iffy on eating it again. (unless its in a pasta dish. for some reason, I'm okay with that.) I'm weird like that. FI will eat any and everything in the fridge, no matter how long it's been in there.

It depends on what it is. I rarely eat meat leftovers, but I'm good with almost anything else. Also, depending on what it is, I'll go up to 5ish days (chili, soup, pasta) before it gets thrown out.

I'll eat leftovers until they are gone. Although, leftovers in our house usually don't last very long considering I live with two hungry men.

I eat it until it's gone.  It's never bothered me.  I usually cook a big meal or two on the weekend and eat it all week.  I don't know how you guys cook every night.

I'll usually try not to make too much at dinner that we have a lot of leftovers, but when we do we'll have the leftovers for lunch.

I really hate wasting food and I get full pretty easily (probably because I'm always snacking throughout the day). The thing that bothers me most is that most restaurants don't offer a smaller portion of a meal, and I'll take home leftovers but some things are just not good heated up.

    We are a leftovers family.

My dad normally cooks two big meals a week.

He also makes some different things to go with them

We eat them til they are gone

In the last few days I had
    Steak wraps
Chicken sandwich with the wrap veggies
    Chicken wrap today

Tonight we are all out so I will probably eat at work.
    Dad will make stuff Saturday

Sunday I am cooking for his birthday

I fully expect to be eating lowfat alfredo veggie lasgana all week, well until wednesday at least!

DH and I both pack lunch for work, so leftovers are usually gone the next day... and I have to cook dinner again.  I'll eat some stuff like soup over and over, but usually we both max out at 2-3x of eating left overs.  I rarely make huge meals like lasagna, stuffed shells, a whole ham, etc. because we don't finish it.

FI and I are like this - although with a whole ham - we'd pretty much devour it until it's gone. Same with a whole turkey - but those are the only two that I can think of.
