It was ok.  I made it as a pasta substitute, under a sauce with EVOO, garlic, diced tomatoes, mushroom, spinach and shrimp.  It was just ok.

I think I'll try it again as a side with a little butter and herbs and might like it better.  I know DH won't really eat it, so I don't think it will be in our regular rotation.  Boo.

I liked it! I put it with turkey meat sauce... I know it is not the same as pasta but it was not bad.

There are a lot of recipes for spaghetti squash, so maybe you just have to play trial and error a little bit?

You should try it with red sauce.  My FI won't eat it unless it has red sauce on it.

yea it's not my favorite thing ... i had it with olive oil and garlic, onion, tomatos, broccoli, whatever other veggies.... maybe i didn't drain it enough but it was just okay.  it'd probably grow on me if i had it more, but it just wasn't worth the work for me!  it's a once in a while thing for me too.
