So I finally signed up for WW online... I started it yesterday.  So weird not counting calories.

Question: Are you/Have you put in the activity counter thing?  What did you put 30DS as?  I did 30 mins of high intensity since at spots my heart rate was 180 bpm... but it gave me like 7 more pts to use.  Seemed a bit much.  Then I put 10 mins biking moderate 10 mins, then jogging/walking (c25K) 30 mins for today and it was only 3 pts.

    First off, YAY! :)

    Secondly, Jillian and I haven't really hung out... at all. I forgot to put yesterday in, so I'm not sure yet. I know that just putting in my daily amount of walking that I do on a normal basis (shopping, cleaning, etc) gave me 3 pts, so that's kinda odd. When I get over there to add yesterday's, I'll let you know what comes up. (I went for a walk/jog with DD yesterday afternoon in her new stroller(!) for 2 miles.) We're actually going every day now right after I pick her up from daycare, because there's a park between my work & her school. :)

    Haha ok, let me know.  I picked the jog/walk combo where the jogging was less than 10 mins, since C25K week 1 there's only 8 1-min jogging intervals.  Hopefully my knee doesn't go crazy.  I rechecked, I got 1 pt for biking 10 mins (to warm up my knee) and 3 for the 30 mins jog/walk. 

    Do you agree 30DS is 30 mins of high intensity aerobics?  Or should I change it to 20 mins high and 10 mins low (for the warm up and cool down)?  I only used 2 of those activity pts.  I also set it to use up my activity pts first then the extra weekly ones.  I feel like I earned the activity ones and should use them hehe.

    YAY for the stroller!  Does DD like it?
