DIY flower info

I'm helping my cousin with her wedding flowers and I'm looking for some advice from those who have done/are doing DIY flowers. I've done some arranging in the past but have never ordered the quantity that will be needed for this type of event. The wedding is in the Philadelphia area. Any advice on how to order/from where? I know there's a lot of websites out there, also but didn't know if any of you local knotties might have some other ideas.
Thanks all!

I have heard (on these boards, actually) that you can get great flowers from places like Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's, etc.  Apparently you can get bulk quantities for reasonable prices. From what I hear they are good quality, too.  I'm not sure if you have to be a member first or not. Good luck!

You do have to be a member first.  Paprika is doing her flowers from there.

Yeppers. You do have to be a member... or have a friend who is. The prices are definitely more reasonable than general websites. I believe we're also using fiftyflowers.com for a few of the filler flowers that I can't get at Costco.

I've heard great things about fiftyflowers and some recommendations of going through your favorite grocery store - the florist on staff can whatever kind of flowers you would like.
