I find my makeup artist at a bridal show. I used wedding wire to find my dj. Maybe you can start there?

Talk to your hair stylist. Mine has a friend who does make-up, not sure if we're using her yet but its an option. Also, do you anyone who sells Mary Kay? One of the people I work with has offered to do make-up for the cost of the make-up, which we'd then own. It would count as a consultation and they have to do a certain amount of them a month.
