DJ suggestions

We are just starting my search for a DJ for our wedding 10/22/11.  Any suggestions.  I don't really know where to start, and music is really important to us!

They are not particularly inexpensive (although I found far pricier DJs), but Kim from No Macarena was awesome at our wedding last summer.  She's a former program director for XPN in Philly and not only really knows music but definitely got how important music was to us, too.  She did a fantastic job incorporating some fun ideas we had and kept the dance floor absolutely packed all night.  Every song was better than the next!

I am using Silver Sound - Dan Breslin. I haven't had my wedding yet but we really clicked with him. He also gets awesome reviews on Wedding Wire (clicky), as well other Dj's through SIlver Sound. GL

Old York Road Country Club in Ambler.  You?  Just starting to get the whole vendor thing going.....its so overwhelming haha!  Any suggestions?

We are having our reception at Bensalem Township Country Club! I booked the church and the reception venue over a month ago and have yet to get anything else done! I need to get moving on the photographer and DJ next I think!

I used DJ's Available for DJ & uplighting.  Joe Moser was our DJ and he was awesome!

I love love love Synergetics Sound -- they do sound and lighting. Our amazing DJ was Dave, but Matt and Jason are also great (and get rave reviews pretty much everywhere). Music was really important to us (as we both wanted a really great party), and Synergetic was the perfect fit.
