budget wedding venues

Hi everyone!
 Im looking for a wedding/reception venue that works for a girl on a budget! I thinkw e will ahve about 180 guests and we'd like to do something a little non traditional with the food. More like small bites and dessert to keep costs down. We also want to do a bit of an old world carnival theme so I'd like a place where i can have a hand in decorating.
Any ideas??

    You have to give an idea of what "budget" is. That could mean anything.

    We are up for either int he city or out and roughly 10,000 for 180 people. I was hoping for an outdoor event but I can make either work!

    That's about $55 a person for a very large venue.  Have you looked into parks or non-traditional venues?

    Look into "historical locations" and a lady Colleen may be able to help you! She works with any budget. You can find her by just doing a search on any of these wedding sites or on google. Hope that helps!

    what is the date you are look to get married that can also help with your pricing and are you looking to stay in philadelphia?  or go into other counties
