We are not giving each other anything. We decided that if we see something on our honeymoon that we really want we will give each other something then.

I actually was just thinking about this, too, because I (gasp!) watched Shannen Says last night and part of the episode was about giving gifts on the wedding day.

I am giving him an embroidered handkerchief, but not sure what else. Aren't I gift enough!? But for real, I'm not sure.

I think I'm getting my FI a toiletry bag to take on the honeymoon because he has a tiny, gross one. So I'll give that to him before. I kind of wanted to get him an iPad or some kind of tablet but I don't think that's in the budget. For the day of, I'm sending something similar to this over to his room, but I'm going to expand on it... like, a toy car to zoom through the bad times, a set of matches to keep the spark alive, etc.

I'm doing boudoir photos Our wedding photographer package included engagement photos which I wasn't really interested in, so I secretly asked the photographer if we could sub boudoir photos. She's having a book put together for me to give to him. I'm kind of nervous haha but I think it'll be fun

I got him a bottle of an out of production whiskey by his favorite distillery that I know he's been wanting to try. I'm not sure, but I may do a few other little small things, too, and will give him a letter to read before the ceremony.

I am also doing boudoir photos. I am also getting him some engraved cufflinks for him to wear on the wedding day, in a cute engraved box.

I'm giving him a lighter that I'm having engraved. I'm not sure what I'm putting on it yet. Originally I wanted to get him a pocket watch, but his mom found the one she gave his dad and is giving it to him. So I went with the lighter since FI goes through disposible ones a lot.

I hand stitched a message to him on a handkerchief that I'll be giving him.  He thinks I only made them for the parents and grandmothers.

I'm making a gift for him. It is a deck of cards and the front of the deck has the words "52 reasons why I love you." Each card will start with "because you ..." You can Google it to see images. I'm having the best man give it to him the morning if the wedding. I might also give him a box with socks in them and a note that says "in case you get cold feet"

As for me?  No idea what to get him.  What he can get ME?  I'm hoping for pearl earrings --I don't have any and think it's about time to change that!

I'm doing a boudoir shoot.... as long as I don't chicken out! I've never done anything like it but I'm sure FI will love it.

I was also thinking about making a quilt for our bed. I've never quilted before, but I have the 4 weeks before the wedding off, so maybe it could happen then.  I like the idea of giving him something time-consuming and handmade.  That probably sounds strange, but creating something over hours and hours, for us to then share as husband as wife seems sweet to me. Kindof like a dowry, only not.  I'm totally convincing myself to do this right now haha.  I need to see if one of my BMs will help me get started!  FI is a total sap, btw, so while he'll absolutely love the boudoir shots, he'd also appreciate sleeping under a quilt I made.

I am doing boudoir pics also. I am glad I am not the only one doing it!!! My photo shoot is next weekend and I am REALLY nervous about it!

Schatzi, this is off-topic but I just saw your siggy - the Etsy vendor you pinned on the left is the one I'm using for basically all my paper products at the wedding! Are you working with her too?!
