Looking for info on Talamore Country Club

Does anyone know the price range on the Talamore for weddings?

The Knot has them listed as $$$ but I don't know what that means. Also if anyone has looked at that venue or had their wedding there I'd love to hear what you thought!

It was fairly decent priced.  The minimum was 10,000.  I decided to go with a different venue, because to us, Talamore was "too old" It's very beauitful, but I just felt I was walking into an older person's house.  We also had an appointment scheduled that the event planner was about 2 hours late to.  So we had to wait around for 2 hours which we HATED.

We are having our ceremony where we have our reception, and at Talamore, the ceremony site backs is right next to the parking lot.  Only a fence in between.  I didn't like that either.

We are now going with Limerick Golf Club, which is an absolute dream come true!  It will be well under 10,000 with cake, & premium opened bar included. 

Oh yea, the thing about Talamore, it says the cake is included.  But not really.  The CAKE itself is, but absolutely NONE of the decorations.

And the fact alone that the event planner made us wait for 2 hours... I definitely would not have wanted to work with someone that would not be prompt at answering my questions.  And the whole time he was showing us around, he was just talking about his house and how the air conditioner was broken. 

Overall... we HATED it!  Definitely did not even THINK about booking there after our first experience with them.  And good thing too... because like I said, we fell in LOVE with Limerick Golf Club

We loved the Talamore.  It was our second choice.  We ended up booking up in central NJ instead because the venue had more the feel we were looking for.  I am not sure whoJulia was dealing with but the planner wthat I worked with was amazing.  His name is Mark McCool.  He was very responsive and easy to work with.  The staircase is georgus.

So what is the price range of talamore if you have both your ceremony and reception there? Pictures would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am going to Talamore tomorrow so I am very interested to hear a brides experience there
