Suggestions for rehearsal dinner Montgomery/Bucks County

I am looking for a nice, but not too expensive (around $40 per person), restaurant to hold a rehearsal dinner for about 30 people.  I was hoping for a private room of some sort.  We are looking for a place in Montgomery County or Bucks County.  Our wedding is in North Wales, but we are willing to travel a little for a good place to eat.

Thanks!

Re: Suggestions for rehearsal dinner Montgomery/Bucks County

  •   We had our rehearsal dinner at Basta Pasta in Skippack. It was a nice place, very good food. I would have to ask my MIL how much it was, but as I remember it wasn't terribly pricey. They have a private room in the back and really even if you don't like the looks of the room all that much try the food out because the food is wonderful! Good luck!
  • I had mine at Patagonia and really liked it! we had the upstairs, and the prices were really reasonable. You could pick between a few different packages, and the food was really good, and it's def. in that budget.
  • Bacco is a really great place on 202.  My parents live in North Wales and we eat there often. I would try there and see what the prices are like!

  • I don't know about prices, but I'd check out William Penn Inn, Joseph Ambler Inn,  and Bistro 63 in Lansdale.
  • You should absolutely go talk to the folks at From The Boot in Ambler, PA. Their private room is downstairs, and it has a beautiful wood bar.  I'm a foodie, and it's some of the best Italian food in the area. It's also a family-owned company. http://fromtheboot.com/

  • Maggianos in KOP
    Bistro 63 is awesome!
    Doylestown Inn
  • I've been to a rehearsal dinner at Chadwick's in Audubon, and have eaten there otherwise.  It's a great place.
  • We are doing our at Spring House Tavern...they have packages as low as $29.95 per person
