hi girls..got some questions 4 ya!!

you guys all know fi and i have postponed the wedding and moved to  2013...so me and fi was talking about when we want to have the wedding and i was thinking maybe late septemeber..early october. so i was maybe thinking changing the colors (not sure what colors yet) from the colors of a peacock feather to something else. 

if you had to postpone your day and was getting  married in a different season, would you change your colors ?  would you change your decor ? what would change or keep the same ?

If I was getting married in the fallish time (Sept/Oct/Nov) I would go with the oranges, and reds, and yellows because i think those colors are so pretty.

If I did a winter wedding I would either go with red green and silver (predictable but I love Christmas so w/e) or silver gold and cream. I'd probably go with an overall decorating theme of either bells or snowflakes

Well, my colors are deep plum and light grey. Really not summer colors, but good for the rest of the year, so I would keep them no matter what. The only difference would be that if I had a winter wedding (which I almost did) there would be more silver and white involved.

Also, I feel like peacock colors are perfectly fine for fall, especially the deeper shades!

I would totally change my colors mine are hot pink and lime green.  If I did a fall wedding I would still do the peacock colors they are turquoise and purple which can totally be the fall and I love that theme!

I probably wouldn't change my colors since we each picked our favorite color to make our wedding colors.  I think the peacock jewel tones would be just as pretty in the fall as they are in the summer.  If you had been planning on lime green and tangerine, I might rethink that.

Hey Girl!! I would change my colors if I was having a Fall wedding to maybe a deep burgundy/burnt orange or chestnut brown/champagne but I love your colors and think that they are still great for the season. As for decor I think I would do little changes like adding fall leaves to our cake design or have the flower girls use leaves to toss than traditional petals.

My colors are black and white with fuschia accents, so the only thing I would change would be the fuschia... probably would do the accent in red or deep purple for the fall/winter.

I love jewel tones, and I think they would definitely work for a fall wedding... if you like them, keep them!

If FI and I had to change our date, I would get married in the winter (January!)...I would honestly keep my colors (eggplant, silver & black) because they're great for year round...In your case, the peacock colors would look great any time of the year.  If you're doing fall maybe add more gold to the color scheme.

hey 7eg7...yea i was thinking for fall ,the colors would still look pretty...think i would just bring out the purple more like mandi said ! i really do love my colors ! i love the idea of using leaves instead of petals ! 

so pretty much keep my decor the same ( im using cylinders/water/floating candles and feathers)

I think the peacock colors would be great for pretty much anytime of year.

I really like they though of peacock colors for a fall wedding or doing orange/red/dark green.  I definitely wouldn't be keeping my bright blue, purple, pink colors for a fall wedding.

Well - I've ALWAYS wanted to get married in Fall - but because of school - we had to make it a summer wedding..so my dream was never summer - so..I'd definitely change a few things.
