I saw the ad on tv here and it was every bit as good as I thought it would be! I saw clips on Ellen.

I also saw an ad for bump it a few days ago, I'm getting all excited to come home now!

That is why I won't get it, I can see why it would work, and I need to tone for the wedding, but I am afraid I will piss myself laughing every time I try to use it.

HAHA they have the shake weight at Bed Bath and Beyond. FI was trying to get me to try it when we were shopping Saturday. I guess just trying to maintain a grip on it uses your muscles?

H and I both looked at it like, WTF? The women's one isnt very heavy so I didn't feel like it did anything for the 15 seconds that I was playing with it.

To be honest, every time I see the commercial I think it looks very inappropriate. Especially the women jerking the weight up and down.... it's just not right.

What's funny is that she'll spend money on these crappy gimmicky machines but wont get on the floor and do a push up, or go outside to take a walk. It just confuses me.

I got the shake weight for my friend and we tried it out...I don't think it works (at least not the woman's version) since it's really light.

I also got the bump it! I was excited about it but I guess my hair is just not thich enough to cover it. You'd be better off teasing your hair

I'm not sure if any of you are South Park fans (I'm not, but DH is), but they did a whole episode around the Shake Weight (and food network) and it is HYSTERICAL!!! Highly recommend....
