I think you said you were going down to Duck soon and you're staying in the Four Seasons community, right? If so, could you do me a favor (only if you get a chance)... could you find out if there is a trolley schedule for that community. I thought I read that they have a trolley for that community that is constantly running, so that you don't have to walk to the beach or to the shops, but I'm not positive.

Teach, I was told it runs M-F every half hour until Labor Day, spotty in September.  It just runs up and down the Four Seasons community.  It doesn't go to the shops, but that's a short walk.  We all did the walk all the time.  You could catch a ride to the entrance and walk from there.

Hey there Teach!  Thanks! :-)  Yes, there is a trolley that runs, but it stops running Labor Day.  At least this is what Twiddy's site says.  Our place is about 1000 feet from the ocean.  What we are going to do to go to the beach is pack up the car, drive to the clubhouse, park and enter the beach right there.  Not sure if this is what you were looking for or not?  Hope this helps! 

Everyone look for updates this week!  We'll have a date, venue, caterer and photog picked out so we will have something to look forward to then and can FINALLY put a date with things!
