Help! I'm having my wedding at the Wild Horse in a month (10/8) and we just had to fire our caterer b/c he wasn't resonding to us at all! It's a small wedding (about 65 people) and what we've decided on is something along these lines:
Cocktail Hour:
Crab Cakes
Fruit and Cheese Platter
Dinner:
Salad
Smashed Garlic Potatoes
Macaroni and Cheese
Grilled Chicken
Grilled Steak
Brocolli or Seasonal Vegetable
We also have a budget that NEEDS to stay under or at $30/person.
Please help!
