Anyone else having dreams or nightmares...

about your wedding?  I keep having the same reoccurring dream that it's the day of and NOTHING has been done.  Our ceremony is at noon and when I look at the clock and see that it's 11:30 and we haven't decorated, noone is there and noone seems to care.  I'm literally standing around, in my regular clothes, wondering where everyone is.  I also look at the clock and it's 4:30 and we're still not married and our photography hasn't shown up to take our pictures at the Roanoke Marshes lighthouse. 

Seriously, I can't take these dream much longer.  It's atleast twice a week.  My FI just laughs at me and tells me to stop worrying about it.  Does this happen to anyone else?

    YES!  I have the same nightmares...where I forgot to book our cake or to reserve a location for the ceremony.  I'm still a little under a year away so it makes me nervous to think what my dreams are going to be about the closer that we get.  I hope that yours get better!

    OMG!  This is so funny b/c I was literally going to post this same thing the other day!
    I have a dream about 1-2x a week and usually I realize that its my wedding day and nothing is done.
    It almost always has to do with my hair and/or makeup not being done or no one showing up to do it.  In addition, I am always running late - there is 30 min until ceremony and I am sitting around in a robe.
    LOL!!  So glad that I am not the only one!

    Man I'm glad I'm not the only one either.  FI just tells me that it's my OCD but I haven't really been caught up in every little detail.  I've just kind of gone with the flow of everything and don't stress if the table linens don't match the MOH dress or ties.

    yup, I keep having a dream I haven't bought my undergarments for the wedding till the day of or I forgot to buy makeup or something of the sort and I get lost and somehow end up in a store that has nothing to do with what I need to buy, like last night was the Sears Hardware dept

    I keep having nightmares, but about lots of different things - like since I'm hiring my vendors without meeting them, that NONE of them will show up, that I've forgotten to pack my dress, that I forgot to pack my birth certificate or something important that I need for my marriage license. I've also had a dream that I slept through my wedding (even though I'm planning and evening wedding) and that I left my man at the altar b/c I was too tired.

    I keep having very similar dreams, which my mom thinks is hilarious.  I'm writing them down everytime I have one and they're going to go in our wedding scrapbook/guestbook.

    YES! I have a recurring dream where our only guests are all our old boyfriends and girlfriends! Awful!

    Bwahahaha! The only thing worse, would be if it really was just ex's and your mother would be sitting on your man's side of the church. hahaha

    ME TOO!  it comes in waves and yes, is SO frustrating.  I'll have a week or so where every single night I have a stressful dream about the wedding, and then they'll go away for a while then come back; even though conciously I don't feel stressed!  I've had the unprepared ones, even one where I was sitting in back with my family and realized the guests and officiant were wrong, even one just last night about my dog having gotten in a dog fight and was DYING but I just wanted him to hold on till after the wedding b/c my FI would have been DEVASTATED... what the crap?!   lol a girl in my training class at the gym says the same thing, so I guess we're just doomed with it!  Best of Luck!!!
