Mr. Turner at the Harris Teeter in Kill Devil Hills did my flowers. They were fabulous and he really knows what he is doing. Very creative and experienced professional, a straight shooter and a great floral consultant! I can't sing his praises enough after talking to a few other florists who were more interested in selling me "fluff" instead of actually taking the time to listen to me & explain my best options. Book ahead, though. This guy is very dedicated to his craft and won't compromise his product (or anyone's wedding flowers) by over-extending himself! Nigel & I will definitely go to him for all our floral needs on the OBX in the future.
