I was at the beach house and everyone kept telling me that I needed to get going on my planning.  I kept saying, I have plenty of time why does everyone keep telling me to hurry up with the wedding planning!  Then I realize, in my dream, that the wedding is that day, in like a couple hours.  I didn't have my dress (I wasn't scheduled for a second dress fitting until after the wedding), I hadn't called to confirm with photographers, or the cake and I hadn't paid the rest of my deposits....whoops.  The worst part was I had the same dream twice last night.  Very odd....

Do these things continue until the wedding day?  Do any of you who were already married still have wedding nightmares?

I used to serve and constantly had nightmares about serving...

bwahahaha... serving nightmares are the worst!!! When I'm not teaching, I'm still serving, so I have those at least once a week! It's always the classic, everyone needs either an order taken or a refill at exactly the same time and I'm so swamped I don't even know where to begin! Oh, you dear girl.... I hope those wedding nightmares go away for you too!

Serving nightmares ARE the worst!!  They continued even after I stopped serving, but eventually stopped.  Yes, its a REALLY small bar, with LOTS of tables and you are the only one there and everyone needs everything at the same time.

Ive had a few nightmares(only 2 weeks to go!) anything from getting my left hand torn off by a shark, and I couldnt wear my ring!! (this was during shark week. ha) to it being the day of the wedding an hour before the ceremony and i hadn't started getting ready or setting anything up and FI was still at home 8 hrs away buying my ring!! ha
I think I have some hidden fear of loosing my ring or something!!!

I found that I had the nightmares when I was stressed during the planning, but they went away when things lightened up.  I didn't have any once we got to the beach the week before our wedding.  Now my nightmares are mostly job-related. :)

I had the same nightmares but like msteach they only happened when I was stressed during the planning.  They went away the week before the wedding when things calmed down.

GIRL yes they do go on and on until the wedding - I posted about this a few weeks ago! I dreamed all my guests got eaten by sharks. I've had equally terrifying ones since. My solution is a bottle of wine or three before bed on especially stressful days. Don't judge! lol

It took me 3 years to stop having server dreams so I can only guess how long the wedding ones will continue!

OMG, I thought about this thread this morning.  I had an awful nightmare last night.  I can't even remember it clearly now, but I was so glad to be awake and have it not be true.  Something about the marriage license not being valid, so the marriage wasn't actually real and we weren't really married.  The officials were hunting us down to take us into custody.  And the entire town was on our side and hiding us out in their homes and warning us when they were out doing inspections.  I even had to talk myself into that it waasn't real.  I haven't had any in a while and I got married a month ago.
