Hey Ladies,
Do you know where the office is to get your marriage license for Dare County? I have the address, I was just wondering how close it was to the main strip in KDH & Kitty Hawk areas.

It's at the intersection of 64 (VA Dare Memorial Bridge) and 345 in Manteo.  If you are coming into OBX on that bridge, it's on the chunk of land between the mainland and the outer banks strip.  It's on the left just past the Outer Banks Visitors' Center.  There is a CVS on the right corner of the intersection of 345.  You make a left there.

Thanks! That's perfectly convenient, since I need to stop at the Visitor's Center to steal maps & brochures for my welcome bags!

Can you get the  marriage license the week of the wedding?  As we are going to be there the week prior to the wedding, and that was a question we had?  My daughter wasn't sure if there was a wait time or not.

Yes, you can, even the same day.  But bring cash, $60.  I'm using Rev. Jay too!
