Has anyone heard of or used Joan Ballance for wedding coordination? We are looking into her services for our wedding at the Love Boat in Hatteras of June '13. Thanks!

    I am not familiar with her.  I would suggest looking at any reviews of her services to get a better feel for what she is all about :)  Maybe some of your other vendors have worked with her and could give you some feedback.

    I have never heard of her. Is she new? I know there is a girl Jessica that is located on the island. She has Trendy Designs. She is a member of the Outer Banks Wedding Association.
