Hair and Makeup Nightmare, help!

I booked Spa Vogue in Kitty Hawk back in Aug 2011 to do my wedding party hair and makeup along with mine for my May 20, 2012 wedding and I just found out they went out of business!!! No one ever called me and they kept my $100 deposit!!! Its really upsetting and wrong.
BUT now I need to find someone else asap. Any recommendations??
Really looking for non prom hair and no caked on makeup.
Please help former OBX brides!

I'm using Encore by the Shore and they're really nice and reasonably priced.  I'm doing my own makeup, so no help there.  I'm sure some of the other brides will chime in.  I can't believe Spa Vogue didn't give you a refund or let you know.  That's awful!  Good luck!

Amber with Bombshells is great - I've gotten facials from her a few times when she was with Salon Swank.  I also recommend the girls at Glimmer - Mollie has been my go-to stylist for over 6 years.
It really stinks about Spa Vogue keeping your deposit!  Apparently, it was a very sudden thing - I have friends who showed up for their appointments just ot find the doors locked : (

I used a couple places for out wedding. Hairoics did our mani and pedi's but looked like a great place for hair and make up.  I used Heather Clark at Dimensions Hair for my makeup and hair for the whole bridal.   I would recommend using either place.

we've booked Amber with Bombshells.  A collegue of hers actually did my makeup trial at the wedding expo.  It was a little heavy for me, but she promised she could do it more natural.  I'm actually hoping we'll get Amber herself.  I've heard SO much about her and her own makeup was gorgeous at the expo!  A great selling point

I also used Amber from Bombshell's for my wedding-day makeup. I posted a pic below of my makeup application that day so you can see her work. She was great, I would use her again in a heartbeat.

Do you all know if any stylists would be willing to do "non-wedding" wedding hair, and, on a Sunday?  I don't want an up-do, but would love to have it professionally dried and styled for the big day, and would imagine my mother and two bridesmaids would too.  Wondering about salons -- I should probably start making some calls and find out my options!  Thanks!

I am using Hairoics for our wedding day hair and make up in April. My parents have owned a house down there for years and that place has been there for a while.  They do great work. My mom gets her hair done there all the time instead of back home in virginia.  Good luck!!!

i used lauren from 'all eyes on the bride' for my makeup and she was absolutely fantastic.
