tipping

So I'm 21 days away until the big day! I have a question about tipping. I am having my wedding at the Hilton Pier House. I have a wedding coordinator and a banquet manager there. Is there a certain percentage I should use? I would usually tip 20% but that is quite a bit from our wedding bill! Help!!

WOW....I know you are getting super excited!  :)

I don't really know the answer to this questions.....maybe Google or post this on the Etiquette board?

Do you have a quote from them?  Our gratuities are already added in as a line item.

Although I am a very conscientious tipper, I am having alot of trouble with the tipping situation in the Outer Banks.  To say that they are already overcharging compared to the mainland is an understatement.  It is almost like Blackbeard's spirit has taken over down there.  Just my humble opinion.

Personally I don't feel we should be expected to tip. Most the our vendors are the company owner, so all profits are in their pockets to start.
Now, if our guests would like to tip the bartender we have hired, that's another story!!
