We got nailed 2 weeks ago due to Hurricane Irene, with over 6" of rain. Now we have been getting hit with the tail end of a tropical storm that decided to park itself over NY for 3 days. Flooding is worse than it was a week ago and they are now closing all the bridges over the river again. I'm hoping my FI will be able to make it home tonight because he is on the north side and we live on the south side. I'm also thinking they are going to close my daughter's school tomorrow since her school is across the river. They have shut down entire counties and everything. I'M SO DONE WITH THE RAIN. Sunshine would be nice for a few days.
