Our New Home

Wheeee! sorry I have been totally MIA due to house related happenings.. To answer questions...
We put in an offer on a house, it was accepted at midnight - my realtor text me and told me we could sleep happy and consider it sold! I met with a lender today and we signed the paper work for the mortgage. The inspection is one Wednesday and things are moving right along. We're supposed to close by December 5th!

it's a house near the city, so we're right next to our neighbors.. the cool thing is, all of the windows on the sides of the house with neighbors have this awesome frosted/stained glass!

This home was flipped by a real estate agent and we just happened to catch it right after he dropped the price 10k due to it not selling.. we got REALLY lucky on the price. Soooo happy
