Ok so I know i just started my workout and diet yesturday but since I have a serious issue with staying committed to reaching weight and workout regimine I figured the best thing to do would be to start a daily accountablity post.
Since most of us January Knotties log in everyday I thought it would be great if we all told each other what we did today to reach our goals?
I mean I go to other boards as well but I must admit I feel closest to you all.
So this morning I only had time to do my 30 day shred workout and i'm having oatmeal for breakfast (w/o maple syrup) and to my delighted surprise i have already lost 1.5lbs .
