Its no longer Monday, woo hoo!

Do you all have your holiday shopping finished? How bout your decorations?

Bonus points if you show off a decorated part of your house be it tree or something else.

thank goodness Monday is over!!

yes- I am done Xmas shopping and decorating  BUT our new kitten knocked over the tree, so it needs to be put back up!  Luckily I figured that would happen, so we used our small tree and plastic ornaments (I didn't want to take a chance on any special ornaments breaking!)

I have 1 present left to buy and I am really hoping I can get it this weekend. Now I just have the task of wrapping everyones presents! Oh and I need to make my grandmas present; I bough fleece to make her a knot blanket.

My decorations and kinda up. The outside of my house is done and my tree is halfway done. It is the pits not getting home until late at night, leaves very little time to do anything.

Our tree has been up since the week after Thanksgiving. We wanted to try having a live one, but it isn't turning out so well. I don't think it will make it to Christmas. We have pretty lights on it that change colors though! As far as shopping we are so low on cash that we may only be giving out cards. All the extra money we have has to go to wedding stuff.

Monday was extremely busy hustle and bustle of holiday is defiantly going on. 

I'm off today and going to finish the Xmas shopping I have and work on the gifts I'm making. Also excited to go tour two possible wedding locations. Wish me luck!

Decorations are up on the inside but skipping Christmas lights and decor on the outside this year. Feels weird not to be in the old house and now in apt.

We have had our tree up for a little over a week now. We decorated it this past Sunday. It looks pretty. We have lights outside too. 

As far as gifts, I have done a lot of shopping online. A few minutes ago I ordered my FFIL a kite (he loves kites) and my dad a shirt. Yesterday I ordered my mom a sweater. 

I still have to buy my FI two more gifts, my FMIL a gift, my sister a gift card, and my brothers will probably just get cash (and they will be happy). 

I am so poor this year. I wish I could buy the rest of the gifts but I have rent due this week and I'm worried about bills.

We usually dont get our tree until about 2 weeks before Christmas because we dont want it to be dead by then. Plus you can negotiate a cheaper price with the tree lots the closer it gets to Christmas.

Our tree has been up since the week of Thanksgiving.  Since we went out of town for Thanksgiving I put it up before we left.  yes I was in a hurry for Christmas this year.  the house is decorated but outside we never got to.  We kept planning on it but every weekend in December has been so busy.  At this point we decided not to worry about it. 

Christmas shopping is almost done.  I thought I was done, but yesterday I remembered that I need to buy two frames for prints I got for FI.  Otherwise it's just wrapping that needs to be done.

I have a kitten as well, our answer was to put it up and not decorate. It is a fake treee though, and we are having a hard time getting him not to chew on it. Nothing else is decorated. I do have most of my shopping done! I only have to actually buy something for my aunt and make a few photo shop coupons and the christmas cards yet and I am finished.
