Hey everyone! I missed posting on Friday and it's Sunday so how has everyone been doing this weekend?
I find that one of the biggest things I can do to help with staying at a healthy weight is portion control. Last night my FI made me dinner...white wine risotto with shrimp and caprese salad. YUMM! I just made sure to only eat until I felt full and then stopped. That way you can still enjoy the foods you want to eat, but just keeping it in moderation. That's my belief anyway!
I also did a workout in the am, so yay!
