So i'm finally planning to order my winter wedding invitations hopefully some time this week and i'm currently working on the wording. As of right now, i'm paying for the wedding, my FI's parents said they'll take care of the rehearsal dinner, and any other contributions from parents are still up in the air. I think my parents mentioned in the past how they would like to contribute whatever my FI's parents are..and then FI's parents kinda said the same thing! haha but no matter what the case i think it's probably best to include both families in the invitation.
should i use "together with their families" or "together with their parents"?? any suggestions on the wording? also, we're not getting married at a church...just at the place we're having our reception, so should we go with "request the pleasure of your company" instead of "request the honour of your presence"?
Sry, i'm sure these type invitation questions have been asked already..i'm just a little late on getting this stuff done i guess.
i would love to see the wording you guys are using!! i would like to keep it on the formal side but also not too boring..lol
