Hi everyone! So I am writing update on a post I did yesterday. Everything turned out ok regarding the new hire who lied on her application. However, now they are placing me on a Performance Improvement Plan. They are saying I have difficulties directing others, that I have hard time with process/time management, and have a failure to drive for results. I am an Assistant Manager so these are a big deal. My boss has been trying to get rid of me for a few months now. Her first try was to force me to change my availability and work on the day I keep the Sabbath. My FI and I are Christians who keep Sabbath on the 7th day Saturday. The company hired me with the availability that I could not work between Fri sunset and Saturday sunset. I was promoted with that availability. I felt bullied into opening up my availability so I would not lose my position and benefits. They expected me to step down. When I didn't they started collecting "evidence" on me. Now out of nowhere I am getting written up. Apparently I have 60 days to improve or they will fire me. 60 Days from today is exactly 2 weeks before our wedding. HORRIBLE!!!!!! I want to just leave now! It is clear they don't want me there. I am not appreciated at all. It sucks so bad for this to be happening now. A HUGE part of me wants to just walk in the Wednesday before Black Friday and hand them my keys and say Good Luck on Black Friday!!!!! UGH!!! I have no idea what to do. My FI wants me to turn in my keys and I want to turn them in too. We just know we are barely making it on 2 incomes.... If I quit and can't find another job we will have to move back into his parents!!!! Help!!! Thoughts!!!! PS I do have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education....
