Friday check in!

So how is everyone doing with diet and working out? 

I have been working out consistently this week BUT I have been abnormally hungry!  And my FI brought home a bag of candy with reeses (my favorite) Kit kat's and skittles...HELLO I do not need that stuff around me..lol  So after I ate a few of those I felt horrible.  Oh well, I will get back on track starting today!
