I'm getting married January 14 and posted here a few times when we first got engaged but got really busy and have slacked off.
Just wanted to share some weight loss advice that has really helped me. I've lost about 25 lbs since Sept 1. I discovered this program called ideal protein. It's no big secret--no carbs, sugars, booze; high protein, low fat meats, and most veggies. But this program has really helped me to make smart meal choices. I lost all of the weight by changing my diet alone. I just recently started working out again to tone things up. It's not like Atkins at all bc Atkins promoted all fatty meats and cheeses and what not.
I went in last week for a dress fitting and had to take my dress in two inches on both sides!.. Yay!... Serious motivation right there!!
I have 10 lbs to go!!.. Hoping the gym will help me to lose it!
Anyway, nice to meet y'all, goodluck with your wedding planning and I'll prob be chiming in on your weight loss posts as I'm motivated to lose this last 10 lbs!!
