Lately I've been stressed. Who hasn't been, right? Stress definitely affects my sleep which in turn doesn't help it go away. Also as the big day approaches I'll be too nervous/stressed/excited to sleep much. I'm sure I won't be alone in those feelings, so....
Anyone have any suggestions or techniques to help?
Currently I take pilates twice a week - this helps relax my muscles which helps with tension and stress. I also drink some warm tea before bed, but this isn't helping me stay asleep, it makes me have to get up in the middle of the night for the bathroom. I know working out is a great way to relieve stress. I've been debating about taking benadryl to help me sleep. That's all I've got.
