I haven't been able to sleep the last few nights. My mind has been racing about things that I'm forgeting.

Other than that i'm pretty good.

I got my bridals and an supposed to be picking one out to get enlarged, but I'm lazy and haven't yet. My sister came home from the hospital yesterday and she still hasn't got fitted in her dress so we will see what happens.

The only person i haven't spoken with is my second line band, I'll call them in the morning.

Overall, I'm ready to go to Maui!

Did your sister have the baby yet?... If you made an announcement about it, I totally missed it!

I got home from Miami this afternoon and I had a list of things to finish up.  I worked on the order of the procession this afternoon, emailed vendors to confirm, came up with a timeline for the day of, packed a little for the honeymoon, added to my list of do not forget items, made a list of must take pics for the photographer. I've been a busy little hungover bee.

I still need to come up with father/daughter mother/son song---I've been putting this off.

I didn't sleep a wink last night because we went out until 7 am and our flight home was at about 10 so we packed and what not.  I've been home all afternoon working on crap.  I can't sleep either... I'm tossing and turning thinking about crap.

I can't believe it's so close...Crazy!

I don't think I ever asked you... what venue are you using?  We may run into each other if it's in the french quarter.  We're doing a second line too!  Getting the permit has been a total pain in the ass, by the way, but I'm sure you already know!

My sister had her baby on the 5th.


Uh, yeah the permit. We got taken out of $50 bc we paid Don Powers and then he is no longer in that department so we had to repay it b/c it we made it out to "cash", the reason he is not doing permits anymore.

I have to call them b/c I'm thinking of changing out route.
I still have to do the important photo list, but we are keeping our photo session after the ceremony short.

I don't have a timeline, either. I know when the girls have to be in the suite to get hair done and when our photographer wants us ready, but other than that, I have no clue.

We had a form with a timeline for the reception to fill out.

We are using the Wax musuem.

Aw congrats!... A new baby, so much fun!  My twin sister has a little girl.  I love to spoil her rotten!

OMG, my fiance is dealing with THAT same crap RIGHT NOW.  I purchased a money order for like $375, made it out to cash and mailed it with the application.  I gathered this info from the local board and followed it step by step, only to get an email from him saying we still owed money!  My fiance is actually driving down there tomorrow to deal with the crap.  He's so over it.

I can send you a copy of mine if you want.  It's kind of cheesy with little icons and what not, but it works.  I'm anal about being on time, so I felt the need to come up with something.  I stole the format off the net somewhere and tweaked it to fit my taste.

Wax museum is so cool.  I went to an event there last year.  We are getting married at the St. Louis Hotel.  Yours is an evening wedding?

I have been thinking about thta since the begining and have been saying that if someone is not on time they are not getting in. We are starting on time!

Our ceremony is at St.Jude on N Rampart at 7 and our reception will probably start around 8:30 with the second line and photos thrown in there.

We are doing a receiving line at the Wax which I'm kinda happy about so I don't have to stress about walk around and tell everyone hi. i'm weird about that.

I am sorry to hear you guys are having trouble with the permits.
when I made my timeline/schedule, I realized it was easist to put in what I knew neede to happen when and work backwords.
