Hi everyone! I see a few of us are looking into buying a home. My DH's grandma kept telling us how it is such a good time to buy a house and there are first time home buying incentives where we could potentially get a $10,000 toward a down payment. Now DH and I are trying to make a to do list of steps to take and things that need to line up in order for us to buy a house.
One big thing seems to be getting a job in the area we want to live in. DH already works an hour away from where we want to live so he will be keeping his job. The goal is for me to work only about 20 mins way from home.
Anyway, what is on everyone's homebuying to do list??
