Worst. Day. EVER.

I know I do a lot of complaining on this board, but today far surpasses worst days ever.

First off, go down to our room to put a sweatshirt on this morning and decide to crawl in bed with FI whose still sleeping. Thought he left something on the end of the bed after playing XBOX last night. Nope. Mouse trap with a dead mouse in it. FREAKING EWWWWWW. My stepdad put them in the ceiling, and unlucky for us, the ceiling tile fell through. EWWWWW

Secondly, FI is on his way to work and his car starts on fire. He's fine, but now we are out our money. We just bought the car from a friend. Dont' really ahve money to buy a new one. Ugh.

Ditto! I can really sympathize with the car. Since FI was in the accident, we have been having to carpool.

Have you called the insurance company? They should be able to cover some of the loss. You may be without a car for a bit but hopefully they will move fast and get you some money.

Sadly, the coverage on the car bascially only covers another person if my FI was to get into an accident. Since this isn't considered an "accident" we get nothing. = ( and the towing bill was 128 dollars.

But my FI works for my aunt so she is taking him to work. I'm scrambling to find rides to my work. Thank goodness we have such awesome family and friends!

Thanks everyone. It's been a stressful day full of breakdowns from both ends (me and the FI) We'll get through it! Very much appreciated!!

ew, When it rains, it pours.  It will get better, I promise.  Stick together, motivate each other and get through it because thats all you can really do at this point!.. Good luck!
