The Oasis at Wild Horse Guest Ranch... experiences?

Any experiences with them? I've read reviews online, but I'd like some personal experiences/opinions!

Couple things about them...one they gave my date away. I had it reserved and had been calling all week to pay. Another bride came in and gave them a check and the guy working didn't check who it was and gave them my day. They said they couldn't do anything about it because a contract was signed. They couldn't give us a good enough deal to make up for their mistake, even after meeting with them.
Second, there is a rumor they're going bankrupt. They say they are not, but just look into it.
Besides that, my brother got married there and we loved it! Just stinks that I had a yucky experience, so we're getting married somewhere else.

I have friends who got married there who were very happy.

I called to set up an appointment for a tour, and when I showed up, wandered around looking for someone for about 10 minutes. When we did finally find someone, they had no idea a tour was scheduled.

Also, the overall ambience/decor is very Western, IMO, so be sure that's the kind of atmosphere you want.
