SPRAY TAN HELP!!!

So my wedding is in 13 days, WOOHOO, and you'd think living in Tucson that I'd be tan already. Haha. Well I'm not and I'm pregnant, so I can't go tan in a bed. Unfortunately I need to spray tan. I have two dilemma's. The first being, WHEN should I go? The wedding is Sunday March 6th. I don't want to be Orange for the wedding, but I also don't want the tanner rubbing off on my dress or being almost gone from my skin. I was thinking about going on March 3rd, what's the best day to go? The second being, WHERE should I go? I've gotten spray tans before and have only been completely satisfied once, but I can't remember where I went for it. Haha. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I'm a March 6th Bride too!! We're soooooooo close!   :D

I know there are a ton of places near campus, but I honestly don't know which is best to recommend.  I've never done it, and I"m honestly too nervous to try it out this close to the wedding. lol  I think a few days prior to the wedding should be a fine time to get it done.

Honestly? It's so close that I wouldn't risk it if I were you. Plus, what's wrong with not being tan? Fair skin can be beautiful, too!

But if you really have to...I've heard this place is good:

GL, hon! Wishing you and Jenny both amazing wedding days!

I'm fair and I did Kist by Mist and even did the spray without the instant added bronzed so I could avoid orange but I turned way orange! Not their fault spray tans just don't look good unless you've got a base tan :( good luck but I def wouldn't risk it. If you do end up orange use sugar and lemon juice to get it off.

CONGRATS on your recent wedding. I read your blog for the spray tan. I have to ask, when did you end up going? My wedding isnt until October, but it would be handy info to know when I should go.

I am a photographer and have had people deal with this before. I know that I am too late for the original poster, but I might be able to help the last commenter. Find someone that uses the Novell Tanning system. That is a better, higher quality all natural product, and the key is to use a pH balancing solution before hand. A pH imbalance is what causes you to appear more orange. If you lose the solution, you will take on a much more bronze tone. Hope this helps all of you.

Please feel free to PM me with any wedding related questions. I really enjoy helping to make weddings perfect, and anything I can do would be my pleasure.

Hello! You CAN actually get a tan when youre pale! Ido :) no base tan..nothing. its orange when the person tanning you doesnt use the solution with the new formula which turns beautiful bronze! I am a makeup artist currently learning how to do airbrush tans, but I am not offering them yet. Check out Circa 79 salon until i can. They have a girl there named Tiffany that is good. (or you can wait until i get certified :P) You can find their facebook page on my favorites if you need it NOW :)
