Definitely lots of dress pics! If I am going to spend that much money on something I'm only wearing once, it had better be well documented!

    Oh... here's an interesting question...

I was reading an article the other day in Tucson Bridal magazine about a new trend call the "trash the dress" shoot. The bride and groom do a photo shoot some day after the wedding, and they often choose really unique locations and get really beautiful pictures out of it. They feel a bit more free to take risks with the shoot because they don't have to worry about getting all dirty! I thought it might be fun to do something like that downtown or even somewhere scenic not too far. What do you think?

I have a friend who did that at Ventana canyone (just her, no groom) and the pictures were gorgeous. I really wish we could do a trash the dress shoot, but I don't think it is in our budget. :/

Our photog also has some pics of a TTD shoot at the same place that I love.

Yeah, pretty much nothing is "in the budget" for me anymore at this point. It's more like "what else can we do to scrape together some money to do this?" types of decisions. So, it may or may not happen. But its a great idea.

For me, the portraits are the most important because it's not everyday I get to spend with all my close family and friends together.  The dress is also important, but I want to have a lot of great candids.  People dancing, toasts, maybe some details of all the decorations.
