Anyy suggestions???

Hey all!!  I am a 20 your old bride to be and I am SOOOO excited.  We've been together for 3.5 years and known each other for 10.  But we are running into a bit of a snag with the wedding planning.  My fiance was laid off just before he proposed and I just found another FT job after 4 months of being a stay at home aunt.  We had planned on the wedding for June of next year, but are probably going to have to push it back for the lack of funds.  Does anyone have any suggestions for a VERY tight budgeted wedding?  We are doing most of the stuff ourselves.  Bouquets, cuocakes (instead of wedding cake), etc.  I still need to find an ideal location for the outdorr ceremony with a back-up location for in case of bad weather that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.  I haven't found a nice venue under $1500 yet.  Any suggestions or adivce would be SOOO helpful.  Thanks everyone!!

Doing a champagne brunch is something I always thought about doing- the food can be elegant and very inexpensive!!! You can have it really laid back but elegant at the same time. And, youd save on alcohol by serving wine, mimosas, bloody marys, things like that.  It would also save on a DJ.  You could have your ipod playing instead with music you and your fiancee choose.
