HELP!!!!! Dress doesnt fit!!!!

I bought my dress in April and it fit like a glove and now its not fitting.  Does anyone have any suggestions on work out plans?  I really didnt want to have the dress altered it has a lace top and if I alter the top its going to leave a strip with no lace so I really need to fit back into my dress.  If anyone has any suggestions have until March to get into before I will have to alter it.  Thanks so much for your help!!!!!!!!!!

The best advice would be the good old diet and exercise.  I will say, cutting out most carbs (starches, sugars, etc.) will really help too!  High protein and low carbs!  Good luck!

Drink A LOT of water! And as much as it sucks, cut out as much alcohol as possible. Nibble on carrots and apples rather than chips and sweets. Also try to walk as much as you can, including parking farther away from the store entrance, etc. You'll get into your dress and it will be gorgeous!

Also try to cut back on the sodium since it makes you retain water.

In addition to getting on a diet and starting an exercise routine, go to Dillards or something and get a pair of Spanx...they work WONDERS! I'm not overweight but have a tiny belly pooch and the spanx flatten it completely...well worth the $40.
