The DJ was an hour late. Came unprepared. Lost the receptions planner. then his equipment broke 3 times. he was on the phone most of the night. Missing half the night. he had to be asked multiple times to do cake cutting/father daughter dance/ anything really. Because he didn't do his job. He also didn't have most of my songs and instead of telling me he stalled. We stood by our cake for 15 mins waiting for him to play the song. instead we ended up cutting it to no music. this is just the beginning of the things he did wrong. after the wedding we tried to get our money back. the manager avoided us for over a week he'd only respond thru email. Eventually he told me I was lying and just being a bridezilla because i was mad that the guy was late and im just trying to get him fired. So I had to contact better business bureau. They're dealing with it.
