Island House?

Does anyone have any experience with The Island House off of River Rd?  I think the place is too good to be true.

    gorgeous venue! only downfall is that there isn't a kitchen for the caterer.

    My brother was married there; absolutely stunning views! And great price too!

    the only downside is that it is kind of a pain to get to driving-wise.  Also, you can't really use the inside for any part of the reception I didn't think, it was small and very dated inside.  It was great for getting ready, but all the guests and everything else should be outdoors which means I would not want to book it in the summer.  Even in September we were all pouring with sweat.
