beach house wedding?

I'm thinking about renting out a beach house on folly to have the ceremony on the beach and reception outside at the beach house. If anyone has rented out any houses that can accomodate up to 100 people outside please give me some info!

I have a friend who is renting one on Sullivan's Island...it's on the creek and has an empty lot where they are doing the reception... Let me know if you are interested (since it's not Folly) and I can ask her for the details!  They are getting married on the beach and everyone is walking accross the street to the house.

Here's a list of all the houses we looked at that allow beach weddings out on Folly.. Folly is the best place to do this. A LOT less strict there than in Sullivans or IOP

Make sure you get the Event House at Folly because otherwise the city has limits on the parking, number of guests, etc. Avocet has several.
