Newly Engaged... where to start?

Hi, im extremely new to this( engaged yesterday I know about what i want, but no clue where to even start? Im planning on a Folly Beach April 2013..... Any suggestions where to begin? Thanks in advance!

Figure out your budget before you start anything else. It's so much easier to invision what you want, if you know the cost of everything. Also, how many people are you inviting?

Start there, once you have budget and guest list number then you can move on to location. Are you doing something outside or inside? What is the weather like in April, you will  need a back up plan for bad weather if it's outdoors?
 
Once you get these things firgured out, you can move onto the colors and the mood of you wedding. Everything else will fall into place.

I agree start with the budget and determining how many peope you are going to invite! I then moved onto finding a venue and then to choosing a date that was available. After all of that was done I decided on colors and the booking the rest of my vendors.
