Small family wedding in San Leandro

We're pl;anning a church wedding with family and close friends, about 50-75 people. I've looked at a couple of reception sites but they have a minimum of 100+ people. We have a budget of $10,000 for the entire wedding and we're pretty flexible on the date (would prefer in the summer). Any ideas for receptions for a small group of people? I would love for some place that provides food and maybe a dance floor? Any suggestions would help. thanks

I'm using the Shoreline Center in Oakland. Its indoor/outdoor.  The facility accomodates up to 80 people, but if you rent the picnic area adjacent, you will plenty of have extra space.   the inside of the building is small. So, if you want all of your guests seated inside, it won't work.  The building is glass though, so even if some are seated inside and some outside, its still very connected.  

it's through the EB Regional Parks District, so you have to use one of their caterers, or use the non-catered option, which means, bring your own food.
