Affordable Bay Area Wedding Officiants?

Getting married in Oakland in September. Anyone know of an affordable but really good officiant? Trying to stay under $500....

Search the "Services" section of Craigslist for "officiant". That's the only place I could find officiants for under $500 and ended up hiring ours that way.

We are going with Patti from Magical Ceremonies and are paying $386. Our Package includes about a 15 minutes ceremony which is just what we need, going to write us a wine ceremony and then we will get together to pick out the vows and everything else closer to the date. She's also going to come to the rehearsal. The package is $300. She is located in Brentwood and is traveling so there is a cost for that for both the rehearsal and wedding, that's where the $86 comes from.

White Robed Monks.  There is no "fee", but rather any donation is appreciated.  They do all types of ceremonies--religious, multi-cultural, etc..

We are using Father Patrick from White Robed Monks and he is so nice, friendly, and funny.  He met us for coffee (we bought him a cup) and he's coming to our rehearsal ceremony.  He has already sent me so much information on readings to include, etc..  Hope this helps!
