Budget Rehearsal Dinner Site in San Jose Needed

My fiance and I are paying for our wedding ourselves and need to do a budget rehearsal dinner because we have about 100 out of town guest. Any ideas for the San Jose area?

    I think I remember that there's a boat house at Mountain View (Shoreline?) that can be rented out reasonably.  I believe their capacity is 100.

    Maggiano's at Santana Row has a nice banquet room that can easily accommodate 100 people.

    The Sonoma Chicken Coup by the airport rents their upstairs to private parties and offers trays as opposed to individual meals. I don't know their capacity though!
