Printing Save the Date cards

Hi all,

We designed our own STD with Powerpoint, using a photo that was taken during our engagement photo shoot.

Any recommendations on where to get these printed? Only initial thought was FedEx - but I'd like it to be nice paper with perhaps the ability to put some text on the back of the card (for the website & such)

Appreciate any thoughts...

Re: Printing Save the Date cards

  • You can do this at any number of places.... If you're looking to do it online, vistaprint is a website that prints the postcard size (and paper material) at a pretty low price.  If you'd like to use glossy photo paper, your local stores should be able to do that (target, walmart, etc)
  • I agree with PP -- we made STDs ourselves on photoshop and had it printed on snapfish.  Other sites like vistaprint can be found online or if you aren't too crazy about doing it online, find a FedEx Kinkos or Staples or Office Max or whatever is near you.
  • I'm using Vista Print for all my stuff, and just ordered my save the dates.  It's nearly the same design as I saw on the expensive wedding only places, but it's 1/4 of the price.  Actually, Vista print made it possible for me to actually have save the dates.
