My Uncle is going to be out officiant where can he become one? What does he have to do?

Check your local city hall's website, or rather the one where you're getting married, and they'll have the information your uncle will need in order to become officiated. My sister is officiating my wedding. She got ordained through the Universal Life Church (http://www.ulc.net/). Hope this helps.

He can also be deputized by the state as a "One-Time Deputy Marriage Commissioner." To do so, he would have to go to the County Clerk-Recorder's office. There would be a fee involved.
