Tipping the caterer?

Hi

I'm using a caterer for my wedding because my venue does not provide meal. My caterer does not charge service fee in their invoice. I think my catering manager has been really great and I'm thinking about giving her some tip after the wedding to thank her. However, I don't know how much I should give her. 10% seem to be a lot given that our total is above 10000. Does anyone have a sense about what I can do?
thanks

well, before considering a percentage...what can you afford?  is it going to 1 person?

are you tipping the catering manager herself or the entire catering team? for our complete package, we had a 22% service fee, which included tipping all the staff (set up, break down, bell hops, bartenders, servers, etc). but if you're just tipping the one lady, i'd say anywhere from 100-250 is acceptable.
