i am looking for different vintage vases for my tables (i am doing my own flowers).  does anyone know any good thrift shops or somewhere else i should look?

    You should try the Alameda Flea Market.  I think it's the first Saturday of every month.  I'm thinking of doing the same thing for my October wedding!

    I'm always a big fan of hitting up Salvation Army.
    Sometimes it's a bust, but sometimes it's a goldmine for almost no money.
    You may not get any genuine antiques, but you can definitely come across some interesting and beautiful pieces.
